How it works:

1. Fill out a Recoverable Claims form with your details and the at-fault driver’s info.
2. Quick inspection and photos of your car at our Moorabbin workshop (5 minutes).
3. We prepare a quote and get approval from an independent assessor.
4. Once liability is accepted, we schedule repairs and organise your loan car.
5. Collect your fully repaired car and return the loan car.

Note: Repairs can only proceed once liability is confirmed by the at-fault insurer.

How it works:

1. If you have choice of repairer, lodge your claim with your insurer and note the claim number.
2. Bring your car to our Moorabbin workshop for a quick inspection and photos (5 minutes).
3. We prepare a quote and submit it to your insurer.
4. Once authorised, we schedule and complete your repairs.
5. Collect your fully repaired vehicle and pay your excess to us (if applicable).

Note: Repairs proceed only after insurer authorisation.
