- If you have choice of repairer, lodge your claim with your insurer and note the claim number.
- Bring your car to our Moorabbin workshop for a quick inspection and photos (5 minutes).
- We prepare a quote and submit it to your insurer.
- Once authorised, we schedule and complete your repairs.
- Collect your fully repaired vehicle and pay your excess to us (if applicable).
