How it works:
- Fill out a Recoverable Claims form with your details and the at-fault driver’s info.
- Quick inspection and photos of your car at our Moorabbin workshop (5 minutes).
- We prepare a quote and get approval from an independent assessor.
- Once liability is accepted, we schedule repairs and organise your loan car.
- Collect your fully repaired car and return the loan car.
Note: Repairs can only proceed once liability is confirmed by the at-fault insurer.
